What can I expect in treatment?
In the first session we typically discuss relevant historical information and your goals for treatment. Once in treatment, we will explore your experiences from a non-judgmental lens to clarify your underlying patterns and authentic desires, experimenting with interventions and tools to bring change address new issues as they arise.
How long are people usually in therapy?
This depends entirely on the individual’s needs and preference. For some people, short-term therapy from two to six months is sufficient to address their needs, while others find long-term therapy to be ideal.
